Hello Quesnel! Today, April 19th, marks the first day of National Volunteer Week! šŸ™‚šŸ‡ØšŸ‡¦ā¤ļø

Our Hospice & Palliative Care volunteers selflessly give so much of their time and do so much for our community by helping out with events, visiting with palliative care and end of life patients, providing grief and vigil support for dying patients and their loved ones, helping out with the annual Christmas Remembrance trees, and so much more.

Being a volunteer takes a special kind of person who is non-judgmental, kind, caring, understanding of loss and grief and above all is a good listener. Please let them know that you appreciate them by liking or leaving comments!šŸ„°šŸ„°šŸ„°

If you would like to become a volunteer, checkout our Palliative Care Volunteer page or our Event Volunteer page for more information and application forms.
